When an individual rents part or entire real estate, in case of written consent of the property owner, he/she is entitled to submit a request to the distribution licensee on his/her registration as a temporary customer. In addition, the distribution licensee is entitled to request the temporary customer deposit a certain amount and fully repay the accrued debt if his/her registration results in cancellation of registration of the previous subscriber with outstanding debt.
