On October 10 of this year, the company "SOCAR Georgia Gas" opened a training center for retraining and advanced training of employees in the city of Kutaisi. The event was attended by Mr. Azer Mammadov, Director of SOCAR Georgia Gas, Mr. Givi Chichinadze, Governor of Imereti and Mr. Shota Murgulia, Mayor of Kutaisi.

The training center is designed to enhance the professional knowledge of employees and to improve their professional skills as well as to develop a unified policy in the field of training.

The main tasks of the training center are:

•  Upgrading the theoretical and practical knowledge of employees in accordance with the growing   demands in the gas sector
•  Enhance professional knowledge and skills and ensure an appropriate level
•  Exploring and disseminating advanced experiences, new progressive methods and technologies.
